摘要
专业学位研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训具有相似性和连贯性,二者是我国医学生提高临床能力的重要两大途径。导师在其对接中肩负着重要责任,导师的水平直接影响年轻医师的发展。现就导师制度的现状,提出了存在的问题,探讨了今后需要改进的方向。
Professional degree graduate education and resident standardization training are two important ways to improve the clinical ability. The two ways have the similarity and continuity mentor. Supervisor has an important responsibility, supervisor level directly affects the development of young physicians.In this paper, we found some problems during major tutor and worked out the improvement methods.
