摘要
通过Thermo-Calc热力学计算、热膨胀系数检测、金相分析以及硬度检测,研究了Cr含量对Fe-36Ni因瓦合金性能的影响。结果表明:添加Cr元素后,合金基体仍为单一奥氏体组织,Cr的加入未破坏因瓦合金的稳定性。随Cr元素含量增加,合金的热膨胀系数提高,平均晶粒尺寸由65.4μm逐渐下降至34.4μm,硬度由150.7 HV2逐渐升高至169.9 HV2,合金化效果明显。
Effect of Cr content on properties of Fe-36 Ni invar alloy was studied by using of Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation,coefficient of thermal expansion( CTE) testing,metallographic analysis and hardness testing. The results show that the matrix of the Fe-36 Ni alloy is still single-phase austenitic structure with the addition of Cr,and the stability of the alloy isn't destroyed by Cr adding. As the content of Cr in the invar alloys increasing,the CTE of the investigated alloys increases while the average grain size decreases from 65. 4 μm to34. 4 μm gradually. The microhardness increases from 150. 7 HV2 to 169. 9 HV2 at the same time. All the results indicate that the addition of Cr in the Fe-36 Ni alloy has a obvious alloying effect.
