摘要
通过对菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus L.)进行不同的去花处理,探讨现蕾期去花对菊芋块茎生物产量及物质分配规律的影响,为菊芋的高产栽培提供理论参考。结果表明:去花处理显著提高了块茎生物量,且在去1/2花处理达到最高值,为959g/株;去花处理提高了叶数和块茎数,降低了一级分枝数和二级分枝数;提高了叶比重块茎比重,降低了茎比重花比重和茎叶比;块茎比重和根冠比极显著正相关,与茎杆比重极显著负相关;块茎干量除与一级分枝数成正相关关系,与二级分枝数、花数、叶数、块茎数之间均呈现极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);块茎生物量与各器官生物量之间均呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。
Through the study of the different ways of cutting flowers in Jerusalem artichoke, to discussion the influence of defloration on tuber biomass and matter allocation rule in Jerusalem artichoke on the squaring stage, In order to provide theoretical reference for high--yield cultivation of Jerusalem artichoke. The results showed.. the tuber biomass were improved in the ways of cutting flowers, the highest tuber biomass was obtained in the ways of cutting 1/2 flowers;and the maximum value is 959g/plant,the treatment of cutting flowers improved the leaves number and tuber number, decreased the first level branch number and second level branch number;the value of leaf mass ratio and tuber mass ratio was improved, stem mass ratio , flower mass ratio and stem leaf ratio was decreased; There showed significantly positive correlation between tuber yield and root shoot ratio (P〈 0.01) ,and significantly negative correlation with stem mass ratio;except tuber dry weight positive correlation with first level branch hiomass(P〈0.05);it was significantly positive correlation with second level branch number, flower number and tuber number; and negative correlation with each organ dry weight.
