摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验对激光焊接孪生诱导塑性(TWIP)高强度钢/双相钢DP980、TWIP钢/高强度硼钢22MnB5异种材料接头的组织和力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,在异种高强钢焊接接头中存在严重的Mn偏析。在拉伸试验中,两种焊接接头均沿Mn偏析处以沿晶断裂方式发生脆断,接头强度均低于母材。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of laser welded joints of TWIP steel/DP980 and TWIP/22MnB5 were investigated by using optical microscopy (OM), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and tensile test. The results show that serious segregation of Mn exists in the welded joints of dissimilar high strength steel. The brittle fractures of the two types of welded joints are intergranular fracture along the Mn segregation, and the strength of the joints is lower than that of base metals.
