摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的深入推进,医院运行的外部竞争环境日趋激烈,尤其是当前医患关系紧张,医疗矛盾频发,为医院的安全运行带来了新的思考。新形势下,医院在为患者提供医疗服务的同时,医疗服务质量成为考量医院管理能力与运行水平的重要载体。因此,医院需要进一步加强医疗服务安全的内部管理,切实从医疗服务的管理方式、服务的各环节着手,通过管理方法和管理思维的创新,全面做好医疗安全保障,有效构建起全方位的安全服务体系,确保医疗安全。文章结合医院医疗服务管理存在的问题,就如何加强医疗安全管理,构建有效、可行的质控体系等进行探讨,以期为医院进行医疗安全管理提供借鉴和参考。
With the advancing of the medical and health system reform, the external competition of the operation of hospitals has become increasingly fierce. Especially the current tense doctor-patient relationship and frequent medical contradictions have brought new thinking for the safe operation of the hospital. Under the new situation, when a hospital provides medical services to patients, the medical service quality is an important carrier of the evaluation of management ability and operation level of the hospital. Therefore, hospitals need to further strengthen the internal management of the medical service safety. Starting from the management method of medical services and each link of the service, through the innovation of the management methods and management thinking, the medical security shall be guaranteed comprehensively, a full range of security service system shall be effectively built, and the medical safety shall be ensured. Combined with the problems existing in the medical service management of hospitals, how to strengthen the management of medical safety, build an effective and feasible quality control system, etc. are discussed about, in order to provide reference for the medical safety management of hospitals.
