摘要
1900年奥地利著名医学家Karl Landsteiner发现了人类第一个血型系统——ABO血型系统,从此开创了输血医学的先河。ABO血型鉴定是利用红细胞凝集试验,即通过正(细胞试验)、反(血清试验)定型,只有正、反定型一致时,方可报告。但由于红细胞存在A抗原或(和)B抗原、血清中抗-A或(和)抗-B等变异或缺失,导致正、反定型不符或凝集强度异常,即ABO亚型的存在。
Summary To investigate the ABO subtype identification methods,results analysis and key control point, so as to ensure accurate identification and reporting of ABO subtype, and the safety of blood transfusion. According to antiglobulin test negative, the existence of A antigen of red blood cell in subject specimens proved by absorption elution test, gene detection and serological detection using anti-A, anti-A1, anti-B, anti-AB, anti-H, A1 C, A2 C, OC, its cell at 4℃, 37 ℃ and room temperature under etc, through the relevant tests, analyze and judge combining with serological reaction pattern, it belonged to the B(A)04 subtype.
