摘要
近年来我国食品安全事件频繁发生,为应对食品产业的迅猛发展,我国几次修订了《食品安全法》。本文通过回顾食品领域基本法的历史沿革,阐述分析了我国食品安全监管法律制度的变化,以及需要进一步完善的方面。
In recent years,food safety incidents frequently happened in China.China amended laws on food security several times to answer the new situation in the past several decades.The article reviews the historical evolution of law in the field of food safety.The article analyses the changes of legal supervision system in food safety and its defects which need to improve.
