摘要 国标中以负序电压不平衡度评估公共连接点三相电压不平衡,仅是考察整个母线电压的不平衡情况,不能确定系统和用户侧分别引起电压不平衡的责任大小。为量化系统和用户单独在母线引起的电压不平衡责任中的负序电压责任,定义了系统侧、用户侧及各个用户的负序电压责任指标,基于正负零序分量解耦条件,分别针对单一不平衡源和多不平衡源情况建立复数域部分线性回归模型,并提出细分迭代法对模型进行求解,进而可实现系统和用户负序电压责任指标分摊计算。以仅含有一个不平衡源、同一位置两个不平衡源和不同位置的两个不平衡源,并考虑供电侧是否对称的情况仿真算例,验证了研究问题所提方法的准确性和可行性。 In the national standard,the negative sequence voltage unbalance factor is used to evaluate three-phase voltage unbalance of point of common coupling( PCC). This method only investigates the whole bus voltage unbalance while it cannot distinguish respectively the responsibility for voltage unbalance of the system and the consumer-side. In order to quantify the responsibility of the system and the consumers for the negative sequence voltage at the busbar,the negative sequence voltage responsibility index of system,consumer-side and individual consumer is defined. Based on the decoupling conditions of positive,negative and zero sequence components,partially linear regression model in complex domain is established respectively for single unbalanced source and multiple unbalanced sources,and subdivision iteration to solve the model is proposed,which can calculate the sharing responsibility index for negative sequence voltage of the system and consumers. Accuracy and validity of the proposed method to the research problem are verified by simulation examples. The simulation example may contain either one unbalanced source or two unbalanced sources at the same position and different positions and whether the supply side is balanced is taken into consideration.
