摘要
目的考察用纤维素酶-乙醇协同提取龙须藤总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法在单因素分析的基础上进行Box-Behnken效应面优化,以龙须藤总黄酮提取率为指标,并采用Design expert 7.0.0软件对数据进行分析。结果纤维素酶-乙醇协同提取龙须藤总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:每1 g药材酶用量9.13 mg、酶解时间2.06 h、酶解温度51.03℃。在优化条件下,提取率平均值为19.24%(RSD为1.68%),与预测值19.02%接近。结论纤维素酶-乙醇协同提取龙须藤总黄酮可获得较高的提取率。
Objective To optimize the synergistic extraction of total flavonoids from Bauhinia championii ( Benth.) Benth. with cellulose assisted ethanol. Methods Response surface method was optimized based on single factor analysis, and the yields of total flavonoids were used as the index. All the experimental data were treated with Design expert 7.0.0 software. Results The optimal conditions of cellulose assisted ethanol extraction were as follows: the cellulose dosage was 9. 13 mg/g, the extraction time was 2. 06 h, and the extraction temperature was 51.03℃. The software predicted extraction yield was 19.02% in this condition. The average yields of triplicate experiments were 19. 24% ( RSD 1. 68%) . Conclusion The cellulose assisted ethanol extraction method could achieve higher yields of total flavonoids from Bauhinia championii ( Benth.) Benth..
