摘要
在教学过程中利用丰富的微课资源和"翻转课堂"的教学模式达到激发学生学习的主动性.在"翻转课堂"教学模式下,高校教师除了需要传授知识,还担负着培养学生自主学习能力、独立思考能力、实践操作能力和团队合作能力的任务."翻转课堂"的教学模式是对课堂教学结构的变革,需要在实践中探索契合应用型院校培养目标的新模式.
Using the rich Micro-Course Online Videos and flipped classes in the teaching process can stimulate students learning initiative. College teachers should not only impart knowledge but also cultivate students' auto- nomic-learning ability, independent thinking ability, hands-on ability and teamwork ability. "The flipped classroom" is a transformation of Chinese traditional classroom teaching mode. And it is also a new mode conforming to the application-oriented institutes.
