摘要
屈光性白内障手术已经成为白内障手术的发展方向,在极大地保障手术安全性的基础上提高了术后的视觉质量,推动了临床和学术的发展.但是屈光性白内障手术也同时面临诸多挑战,包括术前视觉质量的客观评价、术中撕囊的精确性和重复性、术后全程视力的实现、人工晶状体的优选等.我们要充分认识挑战,抓住机遇,开展严谨的临床研究和广泛深入的学术交流,形成规范的屈光性白内障手术临床实践,进一步提升中国在该领域的临床和学术水平.
Refractive cataract surgery has become increasingly common because it is safe and improves postoperative visual quality.It also promotes cataract treatment in clinical practice and academic settings.However,refractive cataract surgery still faces many challenges,including the objective evaluation of preoperative visual quality,improving accuracy and repeatability of intraoperative capsulorhexis,achieving a full range of postoperative vision,optimization of the intraocular lens,etc.We should fully recognize the challenges and seize the opportunity to conduct rigorous clinical research and extensive academic exchanges.In doing so,we can develop standardized practice patterns for refractive cataract surgery and further enhance the clinical and academic levels of achievement to benefit the majority of Chinese patients.
