摘要
三相异步电机具有结构简单、易于加工制造及应用广泛的优点,但存在电机效率亟需提升的不足,为此,重点研究超高效异步电机设计。在不等匝低谐波绕组和单双层绕组连接方式的研究基础上,首先为超高效异步电机设计新型单双层不等匝低谐波绕组,旨在减少异步电机谐波损耗和各次谐波产生的铜耗;然后,针对采用新型绕组连接的异步电机,将异步电机效率和功率因数设置为优化目标,引入田口法确定电机优化变量,再基于差分进化算法实现兼顾同时提升电机效率和功率因数的异步电机多目标优化,完成超高效异步电机的方案设计。最后,通过电机有限元分析(FEA)和计算,证实超高效异步电机设计方案的合理有效性。
Three phase induction motor has the advantages of simple structure, ease of manufacture and wide range of applications, but they exist the deficiency that the motor's efficiency urgently need to be improved. Therefore, the design of super high efficiency induction motor was mainly researched. Based on the researches of low harmonic unequal-turn winding, single and double layer winding, moreover, in order to reduce the harmonic cost and the harmonic copper cost, a new type single and double layer unequal-turn low harmonic winding was first designed for super high efficiency induction mo- tor. Then, for the induction motor using the proposed new type, its efficiency and power factor were set to the optimize target, and Tagnchi method was introduced to determine the optimization variables, and then, the differential evolution algorithm was used to implement the multi objective optimization of induction motor including efficiency and power factor to achieve the design of super high efficient induction motor. Finally, the reasonable effectiveness of super high efficient induction motor design was verified by FEA and calculation.
