摘要
目的:全面分析临床管道护理安全问题,概括目前国内常见管道安全护理方法,为临床医护人员优选管道安全护理方法提供理论和临床实证。方法:通过万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网CNKI、生物医学期刊数据库等相关数据库,索引临床管道、安全护理、管理等关键词获得最新文献资料。结果:临床管道安全护理方法较多,常见的有管道护理制度、管道安全评估、管道安全标识、集束化策略、护理安全告知等,对比分析其临床价值及存在问题,提出了安全护理应规范优选方法。结论:临床管道是患者的"生命管",是临床安全护理的重中之重,优选和改进安全护理方法,可确保临床护理安全,减少患者痛苦,提升护理质量。
Objective： To comprehensively analyze the safe nursing of clinical pipeline,summarize the common safe nursing methods of clinical pipeline in China,so as to provide theoretical and clinical demonstrations for the medical and nursing personnel to optimize pipeline safety nursing method. Methods：The latest literature were obtained from such relevant databases as Wanfang data knowledge service platform,CNKI,biomedical journal database by indexing such key words as clinical pipeline,safe nursing and management. Results： There were many clinical nursing methods of clinical pipeline,usually including pipeline nursing system,pipeline safety evaluation,pipeline safety marking,clustering strategy and nursing safety notification etc.,their clinical values and problems existing were compared and analyzed,and the it was proposed that the optimization method should be regulated for the safe nursing.Conclusion： Clinical pipeline is the＂life pipeline＂of patients and is of top importance in clinical safe nursing,optimizing and improving the safe nursing method can ensure the clinical nursing safety,reduce the patients＇ pain and improve the nursing quality.
