摘要
从实验室扫描探针显微镜的平台管理模式、仪器介绍与运行情况分析出发,针对扫描探针显微镜培训人员的选拔、培训的时间安排、培训的基本内容、培训的方式方法、其他功能的培训方法等多个角度对扫描探针显微镜的培训与开放管理进行了全面的分析,提出了扫描探针显微镜培训的新方法与管理新理念,加深学生对扫描探针显微镜的理论认识,加强同学们的动手能力,提高仪器的使用效率。
Training operators and management of scanning probe microscopy(SPM) are very necessary. Not only the management platform of SPM in the laboratory,the introduction of the instrument and the analysis of the operation of the instrument,but also the selection of trainee,the arrangement of training time,basic training content,training methods,the features of the training methods of other testing mode of SPM were analyzed in this paper. The new methods and new ideas of the training of SPM were proposed,many aspects were put forward by our own views,such as the individualized approach to the selection for trainees,well arrangement of the training time,reasonable arrangements of the training content,the specific methods used for different training set,matters needing attention of the training process,the training appointment and the hands-on practice.
