提高内热式回转窑进料螺旋使用寿命的研究

摘要 钼精矿采用内加热式回转窑焙烧属于国内先进技术,与其配套的设备经不断的研发与回转窑本体互相结合,充分发挥出了回转窑焙烧钼精矿的优越性能,符合国家冶金行业政策发展的方向,有良好的经济效益和社会效益。内热式回转窑在提升加料量的同时,产量相应逐步提升,进料螺旋存在一系列问题,螺旋筒壁的物料结块,螺旋筒壁磨穿,螺旋拉筋断裂,频繁的维修或更换,严重制约了内热式回转窑的运转率。 Molybdenum concentrate by internal heating type rotary kiln belongs to the domestic advanced technology,and its supporting equipment by the R D and rotary kiln body continuously with each other,give full play to the superiority of the rotary kiln roasting of molybdenum concentrate,in line with national metallurgical industry policy development direction,has good economic benefit and social benefit. Internal heated rotary kiln in enhance the feeding amount at the same time,the corresponding yield increased gradually,feed screw has a series of problems,material spiral cylinder wall cylinder wall wear caking,spiral,spiral reinforcement fracture,frequent repair or replacement,severely restricting the internal heating type rotary kiln.
