摘要
针对污水厂二级出水不能直接回用问题,采用正渗透膜对二级出水进行深度处理,分析正渗透膜对污染物质的截留效果及其影响因素。结果表明,正渗透分离过程的影响因素作用大小顺序为汲取液浓度>汲取液流量>原料液温度>曝气量;在最佳试验条件下,正渗透膜对TDS的截留率在98%以上,对PO_4^(3-)-P、TP的截留率在96%左右,对TOC、NO_3^--N、TN的截留率在85%~89%之间;正渗透对NH_4^+-N的截留效果不佳,截留率仅约为63%。
To address the problem that the secondary effluent couldn' t be reused directly, the for ward osmosis (FO) membrane was adopted to treat the secondary effluent, and the rejection efficiency of pollutants and related factors were analyzed. The results showed that factors in FO separation process were ( in a descending order of influences) : draw solution (DS) concentration 〉 DS flow rate 〉 feed solu tion (FS) temperature 〉 aeration intensity. Under the optimal condition, the rejection rate of TDS by FO membrane exceeded 98% , and the rejection rates of PO4^3- - P and TP were both about 96% , also the rejection rates of TOC, NO3^- - N and TN were in range of 85% - 89%. The FO rejection rate of NH4 - N was as low as 63%.
