摘要
对市场转型以来性别收入不平等的研究主要围绕四种重要解释机制--人力资本、劳动力市场分割、社会资本以及家庭责任展开。通过文献回顾,文章试图厘清市场转型以来影响着中国劳动力市场的性别收入不平等的核心因素,全面呈现有关性别收入不平等议题的已有研究进展,并提出进一步的研究设想。
Scholars have identified four contributing factors to the rise of gender wage gaps in China since the economic transition : human resources ,labour market segmentation, social capital and family responsibility. This paper reviews the existing literature that has identi- fied core factors affecting gender wage gaps in Chinese labour markets since the economic transition and suggests ways to move forward from the existing research outcomes.
