摘要
行车是钢铁生产过程中重要的储运工具,实现行车调度自动化是提高物料库存信息的准确性和实时性的保证。利用格雷母线定位技术设计了一套钢厂物料跟踪系统,系统实时精确地定位行车位置,并通过称重限制器以及纵轴定位准确地判断行车动作,对行车的所有正常操作进行正确的判断,从而来实现库区的信息自动化管理,提高物流管理效率以及数据的准确性。
This paper is a study of the application of Gray-bus positioning technology in the material tracking system of steel plant.The system real-time locates the driving position accurately and judges the driving action accurately through the weighing limiter and the vertical axis positioning.All the normal operations are carried out correctly.To achieve the automation of information management,improve logistics management efficiency and data accuracy.
