摘要
为提高发动机缸套内表面加工质量,选定了先进的加工工艺—珩研,并设计出相应的工装设备,通过实验,确定了缸套珩研加工工艺参数,使缸套内表面加工质量达到国际先进水平,改善了发动机缸体、缸套的使用寿命和可靠性,从而满足提高发动机功率和可靠性的要求。
In order to enhancing the surface quality of engine cylinder sleeve,a new technology called honing-lapping was selected. The appropriate technological equipments were developed. The machining technological parameters which can achieve the international advanced level were worked out eventually by a series of tests. Then,the service life and the reliability of the engine cylinder body and sleeve was improved,it can meet the needs to improve engine power and reliability requirements.
