摘要
目的通过对某三级甲等肿瘤医院2011年-2015年医疗纠纷赔付案例的分析,探讨医疗纠纷发生的原因及解决途径,总结防范医疗纠纷的对策。方法通过对77例赔付医疗纠纷案例,针对纠纷发生比例、纠纷发生科室、解决途径及保险理赔比率进行统计分析。结果 2012年产生赔付例数最多,占29.87%;67.53%的案例发生在手术科室,是医疗纠纷的高发科室;71.43%的案例是通过医调委调解方式解决;2015年医疗责任保险理赔比率最高,占44.02%;并发症、沟通告知不足及非计划再次手术是引起医疗纠纷最常见原因。结论通过对医疗纠纷赔付案例分析与探讨,总结了医疗纠纷发生的原因,从而建立医疗风险防范机制。做好医疗纠纷事前、事中、事后的管理是防范医疗纠纷发生,建立和谐医患关系的主要措施。
Objectives Through analysis on the payment cases of medical disputes from 2011 to 2015 in a Three A and Tertiary Cancer Hospital, investigate the causes and solutions of medical disputes, and summarize the countermeasures of preventing medical disputes. Methods Through the case of payment of medical disputes in 77 cases, to conduct statistical analysis on the proportion of the dispute, the department of the dispute, the solution and insurance claim ratio. Results The largest number of payment cases occurred in 2012, accounted for 29. 87%; 67.53% of the cases occurred in the surgical department, was a high incidence of medical disputes; 71.43% of the cases were mediation through the medical committee to resolve. Medical liability insurance claims the highest proportion in 2015, accounted for 44. 02%. Complications, inadequate communication and unplanned reoperation were the most common causes of medical malpractice. Conclusions Through the case analysis and discussion of medical disputes, summed up the causes of medical disputes, so as to establish medical risk prevention mechanism. To do a good job of medical disputes in advance, in the matter, after the management were the main measures to prevent the occurrence of medical disputes as well as the establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients the main measures.
