摘要
介绍计算H型鳍片管肋效率的方法,即通过使用Fluent软件,对H型鳍片表面的温度场进行模拟,计算出鳍片表面各处温度与外界的换热量,从而得出肋片效率;比较了双H型与单H型鳍片管的肋效率,并分析了管外对流换热系数、导热系数、管内工质温度以及管外流体温度等因素对H型鳍片管省煤器肋效率的影响。结果表明:管外对流换热系数和导热系数对肋片效率的影响较大,管外温度和管内温度对肋片效率的影响较小,管外温度的影响最不明显,可以对H型鳍片管的换热计算提供参考。
The paper introduces the method of H fin tube fin efficiency calculation. fluent software, the temperature field on the surface of the H-type fins is simulate surface temperature and the heat transfer to outside are calculated, then the fin e By using the fin fficiencies are obtained. The fin efficiencies of double H fin tube and single H fin tube are compared, and the influences on H fin economizer fin efficiency caused by the convective heat transfer coefficient of outside tube, thermal conductivity, tube inside and outside fluid temperature are analyzed. And the results show that the tube outside convection heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity have bigger influences on the fin efficiency, the tube inside and outside temperature have less effect on the efficiency of fin, and the tube outside temperature has the least influence, which can be referred for heat transfer calculation of H type fin tubes.
