摘要
文章首先提出了建设生态型城市应遵循的本质要求,接着以常德为例分析了其建设生态型城市的有利条件和面临的挑战,最后提出了建设生态型城市的有效途径。
The article first proposed the construction ecotype city should follow the essence requests, then has analyzed the challenge which take Changde as the example its construction ecotype city's advantage and faces, finally proposed the construction ecotype city efficient path.
