摘要
本文首先简要探讨建筑企业实现隐性知识及其共享的特有障碍,通过数据分析,指出我国现阶段大部分建筑企业实施的知识管理实际上只是初级阶段的信息管理。继而提出企业实现隐性知识共享的博弈模型与企业文化模型,通过两者的对比分析,提出建筑企业隐性知识竞争战略为短期内的博弈模型与长期内企业文化相结合的战略。得出结论:隐性知识管理实为人本管理,其根本途径是构筑学习型企业文化同时兼顾博弈战略。
Combined with characteristics of construction enterprises, this paper presents several obstacles in sharing knowledge in our country. We point out that when it comes to knowledge management in construction enterprises in China, it is only the investment of information equipment; then we put forward the method to transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge: the strategy of Game Theory in short term and the strategy of enterprise culture in the long run. The research indicates that knowledge management is the management of human, and the radical way to realize successful tacit knowledge management in construction enterprises is to build learning enterprise culture and consider the strategy of Game Theory.
