摘要
师范生免费教育政策自2007年秋季实施以来,已近3年的时间。本文通过对某西部师范大学的203名免费师范生进行的问卷调查,呈现了当前部分免费师范生学习动机不足,学习目标性和计划性缺乏的基本现状。从三个方面分析了导致此种现状的原因,并提出了加强教师职业信念教育、加强感恩意识,培养奉献精神、引入竞争激励机制等对策和建议。
Since the implement of the normal education policy for free in autumn 2007,it has benn nearly 3 years.Based on the 203 free normal questionnaire in a western normal university,it presents the shortage of learning motivation,learning objectives and the basic situation of planning in partial free normal students.The three aspects of reasons are analyzed,and the causes of strengthening teachers' professional education belief,and it proposes the measures and suggestions of the strengthen of the cultivation of gratitude consciousness,dedication,introducing competition mechanism.
