摘要
企业思想政治工作在企业的生产和经营中有着重要的作用,近年来,我国经济体制不断完善,各大企业在经营和管理上也逐渐趋于完善,然而在员工思想政治工作方面仍然存在着一些问题,为企业的思想政治工作效率的提高带来一些影响。本文就主要对目前企业思想政治工作所面临的困境和相关的对策进行简要的分析。
The enterprise ideology political works have the vital role in enterprise's production and the management,in recent years,our country economic system consummated unceasingly,each big enterprise in managed and in the management also gradually tends the consummation,however still has some problems in the staff ideology political works aspect,brought some influences for enterprise's ideology political works efficiency's enhancement.This article mainly the difficult position which and the correlation countermeasure faces to the present enterprise ideology political works carries on the brief analysis.
