文凭的社会功能作用基于文凭的价值,文凭的价值与高等教育机会和高等教育产品的供给有着必然的联系。加大对高等教育的投入,完善高等教育的供给,是确保文凭价值与功能的关键。
The social functions of a diploma are based on its value,and the value is necessarily connected to the supply of the higher education opportunity and the products.Prioritizing the support to higher education and improving its supply are the keys to maintaining a diploma's value and functions.
