摘要
目的探讨左旋甲状腺素治疗对临床甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂的影响,为临床治疗甲状腺功能减退提供参考依据。方法随机选取我院确诊为甲状腺功能减退的患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机列表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统药物治疗,观察组患者服用左旋甲状腺素,观察比较两组患者治疗效果、甲状腺指标以及血脂等指标的差异,对左旋甲状腺治疔甲状腺功能减退的效果进行评价。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组患者(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的甲状腺功能均有改善,观察组患者TSH明显下降,FT3、FT4均明显上升,甲状腺功能改善幅度显著大于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的血脂均有改善,观察组与对照组患者APoA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者的TC、TG以及ApoB均明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05〉。结论左旋甲状腺素能够显著提高甲减患者的治疗效果,改善甲状腺功能和血脂情况,推荐应用于甲状腺功能减退患者的临床治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine on serum lipids in the patients with clinical hypothy- roidism, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods A total of 120 patients with hy- pothyroidism who were diagnosed in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects. The patients were divid- ed into the observation group and the control group according to the random list method. The control group was treated with traditional drugs, and the Observation group was orally given levothyroxine. The differences of the curative effect, thyroid indicators and blood lipids were observed and compared between the two groups. The effect eft levothyroxine in the treatment of hypothyroidism was evaluated. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（75.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; After treatment, the thyroid function was improved in both groups. The TSH in the observation group was sig- nificantly decreased, the FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased and the improvement of thyroid function was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; After treatment, the blood lipids were improved in both groups. There was no significant difference in ApoA between the observation group and the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. However, the levels of TC, TG and ApoB in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statisti- cally significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levothyroxine can significantly improve the curative effect hypothyroidism, and improve thyroid function and blood lipids, which is recommended for the clinical treatment in the patients with hypothy- roidism.
