摘要
目的探讨骨代谢标志物的动态变化对老年髋部骨折愈合期的影响。方法选择我院2015年10月~2016年7月收治的老年髋部骨折患者90例,分别于老年患者骨折初期、愈合期第1周、愈合期第2周、愈合期第3周、愈合期第4周、愈合期第7周检测β胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)与骨钙素片段中断(N-MID)水平变化情况,分析其对老年髋部骨折愈合的影响。结果老年髋部骨折患者的骨代谢标志物β-CTX水平呈升高趋势,但男性患者升高低于女性,且第7周时有所下降。N-MID水平则在第7周时明显升高,男性患者第1周时下降,第2周开始逐渐升高,女性患者第1周时升高,第2周则下降,然后逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年髋部骨折患者骨折愈合期骨代谢标志物指标具有各自不同的变化特点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dynamic changes of bone metabolic markers during the healing period of elderly hip fractures. Methods 90 elderly patients with hip fractures who were admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to July 2016 were selected. The changes of the levels of β-CTX and N-MID were detected in primary stage of fractures, the first week of healing, the second week of healing, the third week of healing, the fourth week of healing, the seventh week of healing, and the effect of healing on hip fracture in the elderly was analyzed. Results The levels of bone metabolism markers β-CTX in the elderly patients with hip fractures were in an increasing trend, and the increase in male patients was lower than that in women, the level was decreased in seventh week in male. NMID level was significantly increased in seventh week. The level in male patients was decreased in the first week, and began to gradually increase in second week. The level in female patients was increased in first week, decreased in second week, and then gradually increased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bone metabolic markers in the elderly patients with hip fractures during the healing period have different characteristics of changes.
