摘要
针对工作面过空巷的支护难题,以平行于工作面的空巷为研究对象,建立了工作面过空巷的顶板力学模型,分析了工作面过空巷时上方基本顶的破断位置。研究得出工作面过空巷时,在空巷上方的顶板完好且两帮煤体稳固的前提下,基本顶会在空巷前方煤壁一定距离内破断,并且根据基本顶在空巷前方煤壁处破断距离ΔS与煤壁处破碎区宽度X0进行比较,采用合理的支护方案,保证工作面快速安全地通过空巷。
In order to solve the difficult problem of working face tunneling passing through empty roadway, the roof mechanics model of working face is established, and the breakage position of the top roof is analyzed. The study shows that the old roadway will break in the distance of the coal wall in front of the empty roadway under the condition that the top of the empty roadway is well and the two briquets are firm when the working face passes through the empty roadway. According to the old roof, the distance between the broken wall and the width of crushed area at the coal wall is compared, and reasonable support scheme is adopted to ensure the fast and safe passage of the working face.
