基于AMESim的煤矿用输送带快速换带装置的压带液压系统同步性能仿真 被引量:3

摘要 以煤矿用输送带的压紧为对象,提出煤矿用输送带的压带装置液压系统的设计方案,针对输送带的压紧液压系统同步性不高,导致煤矿输送带更换的过程中存在一定的安全隐患这个课题,利用AMESim软件进行建模、仿真。仿真结果表明,液压系统的同步性满足要求,设计方案可行。 The conveying belt for pressing for the object to the coal mine, puts forward the design scheme of hydraulic system conveying belt pressing device of belt used in coal mine, the pressing hydraulic system of conveyor belt synchronization is not high, leading to the existence of this subject some security risks in the process of coal conveyer belt replacement. AMESim software is used to model and simulate to solve this problem, the results show that the synchronization of hydraulic system meets the requirements and the design scheme is feasible.
