摘要
制备了TA1钛合金板与5052铝合金板或Q215镀锌钢板的异质T型自冲铆接头和异质T型粘接-自冲铆复合接头。通过剖面直观观察了接头成形质量,分析了宏观失效机理。基于剥离实验对比了各组接头的最大剥离载荷均值及能量吸收性能。结果表明:粘接剂(3M-DP460)对自冲铆接头成形质量影响较大,其大大提高了T型自冲铆接头的缓冲吸震能力;粘接剂对TA1-5052T型自冲铆接头失效形式无影响,但其改变了TA1-Q215T型自冲铆接头混合失效形式的分布;与TA1-5052T型自冲铆接头相比,其复合接头的最大剥离载荷均值降低了1.2%,粘接剂使TA1-Q215T型自冲铆接头的最大剥离载荷均值降低了6.1%。
T-type self piercing riveting (SPR)joints and T-type adhesive-SPR composite joints of TA1 titanium alloy sheets with 5052 aluminum alloy sheets or Q215 galvanized steel sheets were prepared. The forming quality of the joints was directly observed through the cross-section. The macroscopic failure mechanism was analyzed. Mean value of maximum peeling loads and energy absorption properties of the joints were contrasted based on peeling test. The results show that: the influence of adhesive (3M-DP460) on SPR forming quality is greater, and the buffer shock absorbing ability ofT-type SPR is greatly improved; the adhesive has no impact on the failure modes of TA1-5052 T-jointed joints of SPR, but it changes the distribution of mixed failure modes of TA1-Q215 T-jointed joints of SPR; compared with TA1-5052 T-jointed joints of SPR, the mean value of the maximum peeling loads of the composite joints decreases by 1.2%, the adhesive makes the mean value of the maximum peeling loads of TA 1-Q215 T-j ointed joints of SPR decrease by 6.1%.
