汽车干燥器阀体压铸过程数值模拟及工艺研究 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation and Process Research on Die Casting Process of Automobile Dryer Valve Body

摘要 在压铸过程中,压铸工艺参数与铸件的质量有着密切的关系,并对铸件充型和凝固过程有着重要的影响。本文以汽车干燥器阀体为对象,使用ProCast专业铸造软件对压铸工艺参数进行正交试验,压射速度、浇注温度、模具预热温度为正交试验的因素,综合分析充型时间、凝固时间以及缩孔孔隙率,并结合金相组织优化了该铸件的压铸工艺参数。结果显示,对铸件综合质量影响最大的因素是模具预热温度,其次是压射速度,浇注温度的影响最小。最佳的工艺参数为压射速度6.2 m/s,浇注温度650℃,模具预热温度220℃。 In die-casting process, the process parameters have a close relationship with the quality of the casting and greatly influence the casting filling and solidification process. Taking automobile dryer valve body as the object, the orthogonal experiment of die casting process parameters was carried out by using ProCast casting software, and the factors of the orthogonal experiment were injection speed, pouring temperature and die preheating temperature. The die casting process parameters were optimized by the comprehensive analysis of filling time, solidification time, shrinkage porosity and the microstructure. The results show that the first main influence factor on the overall quality of the casting is die preheating temperature, the second is injection speed, and the influence of pouring temperature is the least. The best process parameters are injection speed of 6.2 m/s, pouring temperature of 650 ℃, and the die preheating temperature of 220℃.
