摘要
超声波喷丸技术是一项喷丸新技术,因操作简便、易控制、成形后的材料综合性能好且无污染,在大型航空企业得到广泛应用。本文结合超声波喷丸设备,介绍了超声波喷丸成形原理、特点及参数。通过喷丸试验,分析了喷丸时间和振幅两个参数对成形质量的影响。以某蒙皮壁板和框类零件为例,运用Wheelabrator便携式超声波喷丸设备对该零件的校形进行了验证。实践证明,超声波喷丸技术对蒙皮壁板和框类零件的校形效果较好。
Ultrasonic shot peening technology is a new shot penning technology. Due to simple operation, easy control, good comprehensive performance and no pollution, it has been widely used in large scale aviation enterprises. Combined with ultrasonic shot peening equipment, the principle, characteristics and parameters of ultrasonic shot peening were introduced. Effects of two parameters of shot peening time and amplitude on the forming quality were analyzed through shot peening test. Taking a skin panel and frame parts as the example, the correction of this part was verified with the wheelabrator portable ultrasonic shot peening device. Practice proves that effects of shape correction of ultrasonic shot peening technology to the skin panel and frame parts are better.
