摘要
提出了基于正交试验的高性能螺纹丝锥切削仿真试验设计技术,由计算机仿真实物切削,节省了试验时间和成本。通过正交切削仿真试验优化了切削工艺,提高了高性能螺纹丝锥的设计制造水平。高性能螺纹丝锥切削仿真试验软件的开发可以将分散的切削仿真试验数据进行集中管理。
A high-performance thread tap cutting simulation design technology based on orthogonal experimental de- sign is presented, which uses computer simulation of physical cutting, and saves test time and cost. It optimized the cutting process and improved the design and manufacture level of high-performance thread tap technology through orthogonal cutting simulation experiment. By high-performance thread cutting taps simulation software development, the scattered cutting simu- lation data can be managed dintensively.
