哺乳期抗甲状腺药物的选择和应用 被引量：1

摘要 总结分析哺乳期抗甲状腺药物种类、剂量的选择以及服药和哺乳时间关系的相关文献。以阐述抗甲状腺药物的特性、药代动力学特征、经乳汁的排泄情况及对婴儿和母亲的影响,对比概述不同哺乳期妇女服用抗甲状腺药物种类选择的推荐意见,探讨哺乳期间母亲服药和哺乳的时间顺序和间隔问题。哺乳期妇女可首选甲巯咪唑(MMI),丙硫氧嘧啶(PTU)由于严重的肝毒性可作为二线选择,两种药物均应分次服用,且应该在哺乳完毕后及时服用抗甲状腺药物,之后至少间隔3~4小时进行下次哺乳。
