摘要
高凹凸棒土(AT)含量的尼龙66母粒作为添加剂加入尼龙66基料中,以提高性能。使用硅烷偶联剂(KH550)表面改性AT,再使用原位聚合法制得高AT含量的尼龙66母粒。研究结果表明,当AT与KH550的质量比为10∶1时,接枝效果最好,接枝率可以达到8.36%,过高或者过低的KH550的添加量,都会影响其接枝反应的进行,从而使AT接枝率的下降;起始分解温度为417.3℃,最大分解温度为444.6℃,具有较好的热性能;制得的高AT含量的尼龙66母粒中的AT含量达到33.58%,AT在基体中能够很好的分散。
Nylon66with high content of attapulgite can be used as additive of nylon 66 masterbatch,in order to improve its performance.KH550 was used for the surface modification of attapulgite.Then the nylon66 masterbatch was prepared with high content of attapulgite using in situ polymerization.The results showed that,when the amount of KH550 was up to 10%(wt),the maximum graft ratio of silane coupling agent on the surface of attapulgite can reach 8.36%.The amount of attapulgite reached 33.58%in nylon66 masterbatch,and the attapulgite dispersed well in the nylon66.
