摘要 大庆油田开发后期进入三次采油阶段,存在受来水水质变化造成的处理效果和效率不高的问题。将水力旋流与气浮选分离有机结合起来,并将两项水处理技术放置在同一容器内,实现先旋流后气浮的油水分离过程,具有停留时间短、占地面积小等特点,大大提高了聚驱采出水的处理效果和效率,同时通过试验确定该处理设备的设计结构及运行操作参数,为今后的推广应用提供参考。 When the later period of Daqing Oilfield development gets to its tertiary oil production stage,theproblems that being affected by the changes in influent water quality,the treatment effect and efficiency are not highhave come into being. Hydraulic cyclone and air floatation separation are combined together organically,and the twokinds of water treatment technologies are placed in the same container,so as to achieve the oil-water separationprocess in the sequence of hydraulic cyclone first and air floatation next. It is characterized by short residence time,small occupied area,etc. The treatment effect and efficiency of polymer flooding produced water can be improvedgreatly. In addition,by tests,the design structure and operation parameters of the treatment equipment aredetermined,providing reference for future popularization and application.
