摘要
汽车EPS异响是转向系统最常见的故障模式,约占所有故障的90%。异响会导致转向松旷感,严重时会导致转向不平顺,产生力矩波动,容易引起驾驶员感观不舒服和紧张,极端情况下会影响整车可靠性与安全性,引发灾难性事故。阐述了EPS产生异响的原因,总结了目前研究该类问题的两种方法:理论建模和实验实测,对这两种研究方法进行了评价,并提出了解决该问题的思路和方法。
Abnormal sound of steering system EPS is the most common failure mode, accounting for 90% of all failure modes. Abnormal sound is easy to cause driver to feel uncomfortable and nervous, turning loose, irregularity turn, torque fluctuations. In extreme cases, it will affect the reliability and safety of vehicle, causing a catastrophic accident. The reasons of abnormal sound were summarized, then the two meth- ods solving the problem were concluded: theoretical modeling method and actual test method, the advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of research methods were compared. The idea and methods to solve this problem were put forward.
