美国环保署制定的《复合木制品甲醛释放标准》最新发布,一年后正式实施;该标准对在美国制造与进口并进入供应链的复合木制品包括硬木胶合板、刨花板、中密度纤维板的甲醛释放规定了限量标准与检测认证要求,对下游制成品规定了符合性要求;本文概述了该标准实施细则的主要内容,分析与探讨了对我国相关产业的影响和应对策略。
On December 12. 2016, EPA published in the Federal Register a final rule to reduce exposure to formaldehyde emissions from certain wood products produced domestically or imported into the United States. One year after the rule is published, composite wood products that are old, supplied, offered for sale, manufactured, or imported in the United States will need to be labeled as TSCA Title VI compliant. The~ products include： hardwood plywood, medium-density fiberboard, and particleboard, as well as household and other finished goods containing these products. The present work introduced the core content, analyzed its impact on the related Chinese industry; and proposed countermeasures.
