摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。方法:100例随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,两组给予西药三联疗法常规治疗,观察组加半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,统计两组不良反应发生率,观察胃部溃疡面积、性状评分及进行幽门螺旋杆菌检测。结果:总有效率观察组94.0%、对照组76.0%,治疗组疗效优于观察组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组10.0%、对照组38.33%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);胃部溃疡面积、性状评分及幽门螺旋杆菌检测观察组均与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法能提高胃溃疡的临床疗效,并能降低不良反应发生率。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Method： 100 cases were evenly divided into the observation group and the controlled group in random. Both groups were given routine triple therapy and the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in addition. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted. The stomach ulcer area character score was observed and h. pylori was detected. Result： The effective rate of the treatment of the observation group was 94.00% while that of the control group was 76.00%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 10. 00% while that of the control group was 38.33% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . There was statistical significance in the stomach ulcer area and character score and helicobacter pylori detected between the observation group and the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy could improve clinical effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
