摘要
需求响应能够促进电网削峰填谷、可再生能源消纳,提升能源利用效率。近年来,国内外积极开展需求响应研究、示范应用工作,取得了良好成效。文章介绍了美国、欧洲、日本、澳大利亚以及国内北京、上海、江苏、台湾等地的需求响应研究现状与发展动态,分析了我国需求响应发展面临的新形势,展望了国内需求响应发展趋势,可为国内需求响应的研究和发展提供借鉴与参考。
Demand Response can promote the power grid＇s peak load cutting and valley filling, renewable energy absorption, improve the energy utilization efficiency. In recent years, many organizations had developed research and pilot applications about demand response actively both in China and abroad, which have achieved good results. This paper introduces the current situation and development trend of demand response in United States, Europe, Japan, Australia and Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Taiwan of China. The new situation of the development of demand response faced is analyzed, and the development trend of demand response in the future is forecasted, which could provide reference for research and development of domestic demand response.
