N-2 Fault Set Rapid Screening Method Based on Fuzzy Theory and Risk Factor

摘要 电网向大容量、高电压、长距离发展,使得电网规模日益扩大,电网故障的后果更为严重,电网的可靠性问题受到很大关注。在实际工程中,评估电力系统可靠性需要进行N-2故障检验,但此类计算相当复杂。对此,在模糊理论的基础上,提出了一种计及元件危险性因子的N-2故障快速筛选法,定义了元件危险性因子和N-2排序指标,通过调节其中的参数,可以在保证计算准确性的基础上,减少了需要检验的N-2组合数目,大大提高了计算效率。应用此方法对湖北省某地区工程实际电网和IEEE 39节点系统算例进行了N-2故障检验,并与其他N-2故障检验方法进行对比,验证了该方法的有效性。 Power system is developing in direction of large capacity, extra-high voltage and long distance. With power grid expansion, consequences of power grid fault are increasingly serious. Power grid reliability attracts wide attention. In engineering practice, N-2 test is used to evaluate power grid reliability. But N-2 test process is rather complicated. In this paper, an N-2 fault set rapid screening method based on risk factor and fuzzy theory is proposed. Risk factor and N-2 ordering index are defined. By adjusting parameters, this method can reduce N-2 fault set number needed for calculation, greatly improving computation efficiency. This method is applied to N-2 test of actual engineering applications in Hubei power grid and IEEE 39-bus system. Results are compared with those of another N-2 test method, demonstrating validity of the proposed method.
