摘要
为了让学生更好地了解研究前沿和激发学生对科研探索的兴趣,在大量科学研究工作基础上,设计了MoS_2/Si异质薄膜的制备、微结构表征和气敏性能测量综合实验。该实验选题新颖,涵盖知识点丰富,实验各环节联系紧密,有利于深化学生对理论知识的理解和培养学生的创新思想,有利于培养学生综合运用所学知识独立进行科学研究的素质能力。
In order to enable the students to better understand the forefront of international research and stimulate students' interest in scientific research, and based on large amount of research work, a comprehensive experiment on preparation of MoS2/Si heterogeneous thin film, mierostructure characterization and gas sensing property measurement is designed. This experiment has a novel topic and covers the wealth of knowledge. All the steps for the experiment are connected closely and it is helpful to deepen the students' understanding of the theoretical knowledge, cultivate their innovative thinking and train them to use the knowledge comprehensively.
