摘要
"多元化"结合师承教学模式应用于骨科临床教学中,包括专科文献阅读及撰写、多媒体教学、影像记录、人体解剖操作、教学查房、跟台手术、病案讨论等方式,同时采取中医师承教育模式跟师名中医学习,包括阅读经典、理论传授、收集病案、提问答疑及示范演练等多种方式,继承名中医临床思维、学术思想、诊疗特点,提升骨科临床医学生的科研、创新能力,临床操作技能,临床思维能力,加强与患者沟通能力及团队合作能力,全面提高综合素质,为医学事业培养出用得上、信得过、干得好的实用型骨科医学人才。
The method of "diversification" combined with teaching succession in clinical teaching of orthopedics is applied, including specialist literature reading and writing, multimedia teaching, image recording, human anatomy operation, teaching ward-round, operation, case discussion and so on. At the same time, the apprentice education and learn- ing mode with prestigious Chinese teachers is taken through reading the classics, theory teaching, record collection, an- swer questions and demonstration. This pattern successfully improves the scientific research and innovation ability, clinical operation skill and clinical thinking ability of clinical medical students in Department of Orthopedics, strengthens their communication ability and team cooperation ability, and improves their comprehensive quality, which has developed using, trustworthy, good practical medical talents for Department of Orthopedics.
