摘要
近年来,我国高等教育规模不断扩大,大学生的学业管理由于受到诸多因素的影响,学籍异动学生的人数逐年攀升,给高校的教学管理带来了很大压力。本文根据高校学生具体的数据实例出发,系统分析了近几年高校学籍异动的现状、产生的原因,发现了在日常管理和教学管理中存在的问题,探究得出健全制度、心理辅导、成绩预警、做好计划等方面的措施,为转变学籍异动的现状提供了理论研究基础。
In recent years, with the expanding of university scales, the academic management of college students is influenced by many factors. The number of school register change students keeps increasing and this brings great pressure to the management of colleges. Based on the specific data of university students, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of school register change students, finds the problems which exist in the process of daily and teaching management, and proposes solutions to these problems, such as measures of perfect system, psychological service, performance warning, plan well and so on. This research provides a theoretical basis for improving the situation of school register change.
