摘要
[目的]观察云南白药+蒙脱石散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊先后顺序简单随机分为两组。对照组30例泮托拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;莫沙比利,5mg/次,三餐前半小时口服;小檗碱,0.3g/次,2次/d。治疗组30例云南白药,0.25g/次,温开水调糊,口服;蒙脱石散,3g/次,温开水调糊,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、食管黏膜、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%;对照组显效8例,有效9例,无效13例,总有效率56.70%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。胃镜疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]云南白药+蒙脱石散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] Observation of yunnan baiyao+montmorillonite powder in combination with western medicine in treatment of reflux esophagitis curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,60 patients with hospital simple order according to the clinic were randomly divided into two groups.The control group 30 cases of panxi tora,20 mg/times,2 times/d;Mo sand Billy,5 mg/time,half an hour before meals oral;Berberine,0.3 g/times,2 times/d.Treatment group of 30 cases of yunnan baiyao,0.25 g/time,warm boiled water paste,oral;Montmorillonite powder,3 g/times,water paste,the oral;Western medicine treatment with the control group.For treatment of 6 weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastroscope,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Result]Treatment group 15 cases were markedly improved,effective 12 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 90.00%;Control group 8 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,13 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 56.70%;The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P〈0.05).Gastroscope curative effect in treatment group is better than that of control group(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Yunnan baiyao+Montmorillonite dispersed in combination with western medicine in treatme,satisfactory result,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
