摘要
搅拌和超声条件下改性的纳米碳酸钙填充至聚氯乙烯(PVC),通过抗拉强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度测试碳酸钙/PVC复合材料的机械性能。结果表明:PVC中纳米碳酸钙的最佳填充量是15 wt%,此时,纳米碳酸钙可均匀分散在PVC中,断裂伸长率和冲击强度明显增加,但抗拉强度略有下降;超声改性时,PVC/碳酸钙复合材料具有更好的抗冲击强度。
The nano-CaCO3 was dispersed into PVC, which was modified under the condition of stirring or ultrasonic. The mechanical properties of PVC/CaCO3 composites were tested in aspects of tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength. The results show that the optimum filling amount of nano-CaCO3 in PVC is 15 wt%. In this situation,nano-CaCO3 can be uniformly dispersed in PVC. The elongation at break and impact strength increase obviously, but tensile strength decreases slightly. The PVC/CaCO3 composites have the better impact strength when nano-CaCO3 is modified by ultrasonic.
