摘要
2017年高等教育版《新媒体联盟地平线报告》为我们展示了未来五年高等教育中促进技术采用的六大趋势、阻碍技术应用的六大挑战,以及教育技术的六大进展。本年度报告在传承的基础上有所创新。本文首先对报告的内容框架和创新点进行了概述,接着从学与教变革、学习环境与技术、教师发展、院校发展、教育信息化的社会问题等五个方面对报告内容进行了分类归纳与阐释,分析了技术、教育、社会三个要素在教育信息化进程中的相互作用,以及六大技术的进展特点。在报告内容解读的基础上,文章最后对推进我国高等教育信息化发展提出了建议。
NMC Horizon Report： 2017 Higher Education Edition identifies six key trends, six significant challenges, and six developments in educational technology on the five-year horizon. This edition has the same structure with last years＇ reports, while it also has innovations. This paper overviews the framework of the report and explains the innovative ideas. Five categories have been advanced to summarize the 18 topics in the report, which are learning and teaching reform, learning enviroment and learning technology, teachers development, instituions development and social problems of educational technology. The author analyzes the relationship of technology, education and society reflected by the report. Also the characteristics of the six technologies have been explained. Advice on applying educational technology in higher education institutions of China has been given in the end.
