摘要
抗氧化系统能够清除植物体内活性氧,是植物提高抗逆性的主要途径,其中,抗氧化系统酶活性起着至关重要的作用。为了筛选出湖南低温寡照烟区烟苗的最适假植期,研究了不同苗龄假植对烤烟整个生育期抗氧化系统酶活性的影响。结果表明,在烤烟整个生育期,SOD,POD,CAT,APX和GR的活性变化趋势均为先升后降;烤烟SOD,CAT,POD,APX和GR的活性最高的时期为打顶期;不同苗龄假植中,5叶1心处理的烤烟抗氧化系统酶活性较高,故其抗逆性较强。
Antioxidant system can remove active oxygen in plant, which is the main way for plant to improve stress resistance. And the antioxidant enzyme activity plays a crucial role. To screen out the most suitable transplanting period of tobacco seedlings in Hunan low temperature and less sunlight radiation tobacco-growing areas, this paper studied the effect of transplanting at different seedling ages on antioxidant system enzyme activity of flue-cured tobacco in the whole growing period. The results showed that the change trends of the activities of SOD, POD, CAT, APX and GR of flue-cured tobacco were 'up-down' in the whole growing period. The activities of SOD, CAT, POD, APX and GR of flue-cured tobacco were the highest in the topping stage. Antioxidant system enzyme activity of flue-cured tobacco transplanted in five-leaf stage in different seedling ages was high. Therefore, the resistance of flue-cured tobacco in five-leaf stage was stronger.
