摘要
目的探讨高频超声在脑卒中患者肩关节检査方面的应用价值。方法回顾2013年1月至2015年12月我院收治的脑卒中合并肩关节疾病的患者32例,以双侧肩关节MRI检查结果作为金标准,以高频超声做双肩对比检查,将数据进行统计学分析。结果脑卒中并发肩关节疾病中,患侧肩袖损伤较健侧增多,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患侧肩关节半脱位有28例(87.5%),健侧无肩关节半脱位,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=49.778,P<0.01)。结论利用高频超声技术,可无创快捷诊断脑卒中患者患侧肩关节疾病。
Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the shoulder examination in stroke pa-tients. Methods 32 cases of stroke patients with shoulder disease admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. High frequency ultrasonography was done in bilateral shoulders,MRI results of bilateral shoulder as the gold standard and the data were analyzed statistically. Results In patients with stroke associated with shoulder joint disease, rotator cuff injury of affected side was more than that of the contralateral side, and there was significant difference （ P ＆lt;0. 01）. Therewere 28 cases（87. 5%）with subluxation of the shoulder joint in affected side,and no subluxation in the contralateral side. There was significant difference between the two groups（ =49. 778,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography technology can diagnose shoulder disease of affected side in patients with stroke non-invasively and rapidly.
